One-on-One firearms training

We are pleased to offer personalized instruction tailored to your needs. 

The cost of training depends on several factors, with our base package for beginner shooters priced at $150 for a two to three hour session. You may book in small groups of up to four people total with a discounted fee of $100 per additional student.

Below is outlined the core skills we will cover, progressing through the program as you gain comfort and proficiency with each skill set. If you have specific areas of focus, we can discuss incorporating them into the curriculum or dedicating a session to your chosen topic.

For training locations, We recommend a free public range in Wisconsin Rapids. Alternatively, you may select a private range or property of your preference. Please note that an additional $40 travel fee will apply for locations requiring more than one hour of travel from Wisconsin Rapids, in addition to any range fees that may be incurred.

Scheduling can be arranged to suit your availability, with sessions offered on Saturdays and Sundays. Please share any preferred dates, and we will work to accommodate your schedule.

You will need the following equipment: 

• Pistol 
• Holster 
• At least 1 magazine holder
• Eye and ear protection 
• 200 rounds of ammunition.

If you do not have your own equipment, we can provide the necessary equipment, including ammo for an additional $80. 

With the base package we cover the following, skill progression is based on the student and we can break down these into smaller sessions if necessary:

• Firearm basic operation- for your personal firearm.
• Static shooting at a single target 
• Sight alignment 
• Stance
• Proper Grip
• Proper trigger control 
• Fundamental Drills
• Incorporation of reloads from a mag carrier on belt
• Drawing from the holster (if range rules allow. If not dry fire instructions)
• Drills
• Draw- present- easy
• Double tap/ follow up shots
• Multi target engagement
• Cover basics of target transitions.
• No shoot target drill
• Multi target engagement with red no shoot targets added
• Combination of skills. 
• Drawing from holster
• Engage multiple targets 
• Performing reloads
